WEDDING DAY COORDINATION

The “Day-Of” package is designed for the couple who has already planned their wedding day but are now looking to sit back and have a stylish professional to manage all the details, so they can celebrate and enjoy their day.

  • Approx 4-6 weeks prior to your Wedding Bespoke Event Design will meet with you to discuss your  wishes, goals to obtain a clear understanding of your vision, and any document any special requirements for the wedding day
  • Obtain copies of all vendor contracts and ensure all items and services that’s have been scheduled to occur on the “day-of” are fulfilled
  • Development of a detailed wedding day itinerary for wedding party members and vendors
  • Supervision of the wedding rehearsal to ensure that all participants have a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities
  • Assistant at Grooms location to follow through with the males the day of to ensure transportation, photography and timing are all on schedule and resolve any unforeseen matters
  • Manage all vendor set-ups, drop offs, décor and display all elements to ensure that the venue meets the couples “vision”
  • Manage Ceremony set-up to ensure placement of programs and alter items, pew décor, marriage license, unity candles are in place as per bride and groom.  Ensure all ceremony items are taken down and packed away.
  • On-site Direction of Wedding Ceremony to ensure all floral bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages are distributed accordingly.
  • Line-up wedding party, cueing of musicians and cueing of bride
  • Assistant to Supervise wedding photo session following ceremony to distribute beverages for the group, mist the flowers so they do not wilt and help in any way as needed
  • Coordinate bridal party in greeting and receiving line
  • Supervision of Reception set up to oversee and coordinate all vendors, completion of décor set-up, centerpieces, ensuring proper placement of escort and place cards, favors and guest book, children’s coloring books etc.
  • Ensure head table, dinner tables; stage area and all designated areas are set-up according to floor plan
  • Coordinate with DJ, Live Band or Master of Ceremonies to ensure that the reception flows smoothly and includes all required announcements in a timeline manner, including; announcing the couples arrival, the first dance, toasts, speeches, cutting the cake, first dance, bouquet toss, etc.
  • Distribute final payments and gratuities to entertainers, photographer, makeup artist, and caterer if necessary
  • Secure all gifts with a responsible guest of your choice
  • Greet all late-arriving guests
  • Ensure that the reception venue looks presentable at all time
  • Use of wedding day emergency kit
  • We will also ensure that all of your keepsakes, gifts, extra favors, stationery items and personal effects are in your departure vehicle at the end of the night within minutes of the event coming to an end.
